Puerto Vallarta Tourism Board

2015 Family Travel Campaign

Puerto Vallarta’s success reached beyond the destination and impacted local hoteliers. Despite trending on Twitter after more than 2,500 tweets during a one hour Twitter Party, the Hilton Puerto Vallarta, a local partner, experienced a 70% increase in Twitter followers. Overall the campaign generated 49.7 million social media impressions and total story pickup of more than 1.3 million for blogs, video and columns.

Narrative driven campaigns fueled by the power of relationships

HUB believes every destination or hospitality brand has intrinsic value just waiting to be developed in a narrative to be shared.  Our research based campaigns are driven by powerful narratives and fueled by our deep industry and media relationships.

Our services

We know you need more than just a PR campaign.  You need to activate positive change within your target audiences and the influencers who can reach these audiences.  We use our “relationship-first approach” as a foundation in all four of our service areas: PR, digital, content and creative.  From this foundation, we blend services from each of these areas to meet your needs – needs we identify in our research phase of your campaign.

We offer you a team of specialists not a group of generalists.  For example, our PR team doesn’t decide what is the best story for your destination.  Instead we work with some of the most highly regarded travel journalists who help us research your destination and determine what unique angles will result in media coverage or engage online conversations.

HUB communicates experiences

“The traveler sees what he sees, the tourist sees what he has come to see.” – Gilbert Chesterson

To promote a destination or hospitality brand, HUB understands the need to establish emotional connections with selected target audiences.  Our team of creative communication experts dig deep to unlock your narrative, not just one brand story, but an ongoing narrative that will turn a ‘tourist spot’ into a destination.
